3. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. Taxi Bazar reserves the right to refuse service if the user fails to meet eligibility criteria.
4. Booking Process
To book a taxi, users must provide:

5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted in INR and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, route, and peak timings.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit Card/ Net Banking and Cash (as applicable).
- Prices include fuel, driver charges, and toll (unless specified otherwise).
Note: Waiting charges, parking, and extra luggage fees (if applicable) are to be paid directly to the driver.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 12 hours before pickup: Full refund (after deduction of payment gateway charges).
- Within 6 hours of pickup: Partial or no refund may apply.
- Cancellation by Taxi Bazar
In rare cases of driver unavailability, route restrictions, or natural calamities, we reserve the right to cancel the ride and issue a full refund.
7. Responsibilities of Customers
- Ensure accurate and complete travel details while booking.
- Be available at the pickup point on time.
- Avoid carrying illegal or hazardous items.
- Follow safety rules and cooperate with the driver.
8. Driver Conduct and Liability
- All drivers are verified and trained for customer safety.
- Taxi Bazar is not liable for personal items lost during the trip.

9. Delays and Force Majeure
